Weekly Update - End of Year 2020 Update

Hey everyone, this is the Final Update of 2020 so a few additional notes...

Firstly, thank you for your continued support - 2020 has been a great first Year for ProtoTypist Keyboards, and we wouldn't be where we are today without your support! I can't put into words how much I appreciate every one of you.

Special Shoutouts to James(AKB), Yiancar, Flex, Upas, MyKeyboard, IlumKB, TheKey.Company  and all the other partners, designers and vendors that have been a huge part of 2020 for ProtoTypist - Lets make 2021 a great year for the hobby!

 

Sustainability updates:

• All of our packages and shipping (to and from ProtoTypist)have been carbon offset since Jan 2020 in partnership with DHL
• We expanded this to our Packaging materials, Workshop clothing and energy consumption being either recycled or carbon offset in partnership with Tentree, No Issue and a number of carbon offset initiatives during 2020
• The next step is to push towards being fully carbon offset through manufacturing during 2021 - this is a huge undertaking and one that will take some time
• I'm very keen to support the environment and as many sustainable initiatives as possible - so keep an eye out for more announcements in 2021

 

Notices:

• Order by 1pm 21st December for Xmas delivery for instock items (Code MechClix for 10% off ;) ) - UK Only, EU packages may now not be delivered in time
• Support e-mails will not be answered between 22nd Dec and 27th Dec Inclusive - Normal service resumes 28th Dec
