These are actually the real deal! Probably as close as you'll get to Orange ALPS feel in a MX housing! On a side by side test there is a slight difference in feel. The actual ALPS switch has more of a "bottom falling out" feel as you pas the tape event. However the Lanes shine with their sound! As far as that goes its a big upgrade over an actual SKCM orange. No spring or leaf ping to be heard.
Overall I really like these switches! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a decent tactile. If you are looking at them because of the ALPS claim I can recommend them there too.

Great board! Plenty of customisability; the different mounting styles and cheap plates for this board make it a great "test bed" to get used to different mounting styles and plates - have used it to refine my taste since i got it, and can't recommend it enough
