The Gateron Khonsu linear switch features Gateron's best moulding, improved factory lubing, and premium material selections.
To maintain an overall clean, solid, and clacky sound profile, Mori chose to make the Khonsu housing with the Sea Salt Smoothie housing mold. Paired with the classic Gateron Rail Bottom-Out stem, the Khonsu switch has a surprisingly crispy and clacky sound.
Because the Khonsu switch is rail bottom-out, Mori delivered special instructions to Gateron regarding the factory lube process; Only the leaf, spring, stem legs, the front and the back side of the stem are precisely lubed. This way, there won't be any pooling issues.
Please note, the unlubed version also comes with a tiny bit of lube on the stem legs and leaf to eliminate noises.
