Christmas and New Year 2023 Opening and Shipping times

Here are our opening dates over the festive period and expected shipping days:

Royal Mail
For Royal Mail orders, any order placed after the 17th December we cannot guarantee a Christmas delivery. We will endeavour to ship all orders for in stock items placed before midnight GMT on 19th December on our final working day of 20th December. In Stock Orders placed on the 20th December or later will ship starting 2nd January within our three working day timescales.

 

DHL / UPS
DHL & UPS orders made up to Midnight GMT on the 19th December will ship on the 20th December. These should arrive in time for Xmas worldwide assuming customers are ready for any import process / fees at your end. We can guarantee delivery for UK orders. In Stock Orders placed on the 20th December or later will ship starting 2nd January within our three working day timescales.


Closure
We will be closed from 5pm on the 20th December until 8am on the 2nd January. No packages will be shipped during these days and any processing times will not count these as working days. If you order over the festive period the first working day will be the 2nd January.

Support emails will be monitored and responded to during the festive period on an ad-hoc basis. Any urgent emails will be responded to within 3 days. Anything non-urgent will be held until we return on the 2nd January.
