Christmas Delivery Deadlines

UK Customers: To ensure your package arrives before Christmas place orders by:

  • Royal Mail: Wednesday 17th December by 12:00 noon
  • UPS /DHL / Free Shipping: Friday 19th December by 1:00 PM


EU / ROW Customers: To ensure your package arrives before Christmas place orders by:

  • UPS / DHL International:  Friday 19th December by 1:00 PM (GMT)

Holiday Operating Schedule

  • Last shipping day before Christmas: Friday 19th December
  • Resume normal shipping: Monday 29th December
  • Closed: 31st December 2025 & 1st January 2026
  • Resume normal shipping: Friday 2nd January 2026

We will ship all orders for In Stock items placed before 1pm on the 19th December on the 19th December. All In Stock orders placed after that time will be processed on the 29th December when we return to the office.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed after the guaranteed delivery deadlines will be processed but may not arrive before Christmas
  • Normal shipping operations will resume from January 2nd, 2026
