Keyboards & Coffee Summer 2026

Keyboards & Coffee is coming back... Because frankly, it should never have gone away.

Starting from Thursday the 18th June through to Thursday the 27th September I'll be opening up the PT Workshop each and every Thursday morning from 9:30am through to 12:00 noon. This is essentially just a very good excuse to drink some excellent coffee and press far too many switches.

There is no itinerary. Nobody is going to ask you to fill out a worksheet or a questionaire or do some weird icebreaker to get you involved. It's a safe environment to just get your clack on. We won't judge. Promise.

Just turn up. Have a brew (coffee, or tea if you must). Press some switches if you like. We can poke at keyboards, drink good coffee and talk about how to lubricate stabilisers or the benefits of ABS shining over time. Whatever you like.

Keyboards & Coffee Info:

• Start: 09:30am
• Finish: 12:00 noon
• Where: PT Workshop, West Yorkshire
• Coffee: Free. Dairy and non-dairy milk options avail (tea / matcha / hot chocolate too if you must)
• Keyboards: 30-50 out on display for you to try
  
• Switches: Samples and testers avail
• Keycaps: All the major brands we sell will be avail to try
• Who: a small group of people who understand why any of this matters...

Bring your own board if you like. Or maybe a half built board you need help with. Half finished projects are my speciality. Just ask my wife. Or just turn up and see what all the fuss is about and why so many people have a shared love of those clacks and thocks.

These mornings are for everyone. Whether you are a seasoned keyboard veteran on your 9th build and need to decide on which lube makes your stabs sound best, or if you have no idea what a gasket mount is but want to learn.

Bring questions, an open mind, and some biscuits. Biscuits make great bribes.

Finally, there will be at least one Saturday morning Keyboards & Coffee but the date on that is still TBC. I'll announce that when I can.

Turn up. Drink coffee. Press things. Talk rubbish. I'll be there with you.
