This product is a customized kit and requires you to select switches and keycaps to assemble a complete keyboard. If you encounter any issues while using the product or service, please feel free to contact us.

QC Standards:
Please carefully inspect the product’s appearance before removing the protective plastic wrap. If any issues are found, contact our customer service for after-sales support promptly. Once the plastic wrap is removed, returns or exchanges without reason are not accepted, and no appearance-related after-sales service will be provided. I appreciate your understanding.

Appearance After-Sales Standards:
(Due to manufacturing limitations, the product has anodized mounting points internally, and no after-sales service will be provided for all internal surfaces. I appreciate your understanding.)

Anodizing: Up to two blemishes no larger than 1mm are acceptable on primary visible surfaces. If this standard is exceeded, you can apply for after-sales service.

Painting: Up to two blemishes no larger than 1mm are acceptable on primary visible surfaces. If this standard is exceeded, you can apply for after-sales service.

PVD Coating: Up to three blemishes or scratches no larger than 1mm are acceptable on primary visible surfaces. If this standard is exceeded, you can apply for after-sales service.
