Based on the periodic table of elements, Mercury comes in all sorts of forms. Every day items like thermometers and thermostats or blood pressure gauges and fluorescent light bulbs all have mercury in them. The colours that come from mercury make for the perfect keycap set and compliment most keyboard colours due to its neutral nature.
