We're proud to present KAT Classic Retro, the first KAT keycap set in 1.5 years. We're bringing back the KAT profile utilising their new double-shot moulds to bring you keycap set with crisp legends, amazing feel and a great, low-pitched sound. KAT Classic Retro is following the classic retro colour scheme of vintage keyboards like the Cherry G80-2100, and the G80-9009 for the accent colours, which is liked many in various other profiles, but never done in the KAT profile.
To those familiar with KAT sets run in the parts and remembers the gazillion different kits available, may, or not, find it welcome to see that we've introduced an actual base kit, commonly used in pretty much any other keycap set. We've cut down on the number of kits to provide a simpler first experience for everyone, including easing on logistics of managing just a couple of kits. Additionally, this set supports an ANSI compatible international kit, for all of the people who prefer their respective ISO variant, with matching 1U R4 and 1.5U R3 keys for their 1U R2 ISO counterpart.
