We are excited to share the latest creation from Whatever Studio: Vany Alice. 

If we had to choose a theme for Alice, the butterfly would undoubtedly be the perfect choice. The butterfly-inspired design of the Alice keyboard, combined with its split wrist rest, beautifully forms the shape of a complete butterfly.

Design:

Butterfly Badge Design : At the center of the front is a butterfly badge. The copper component of this badge has undergone multiple processes to ensure it displays sufficient delicacy and elegance in a static state. Surrounding this metal butterfly is a customizable lighting effect that adds unique visual charm. Additionally, the Caps Lock lighting effect is cleverly integrated into this logo.

Base Butterfly Design : The butterfly design on the bottom of Vany features black resin and white acrylic, inlaid with stainless steel wings and a pure copper body. The white acrylic part, combined with independent FPC bottom lights and side lights, creates an atmospheric effect, becoming an important element of Vany's lighting design.

Overall Lines Design : The raised tent design on the front and the clear lines on the back create a fuller and clearer butterfly outline. At the same time, Vany inherits the floating concept from the Paper series, with the bottom butterfly not directly touching the desktop. From specific angles, the light reflected from the wings shines onto the desktop, complementing the side lights.

Purposeful Adjustment : Extreme aesthetics are our primary driving force. Compared to the conventional Alice layout, we have made subtle adjustments to the angles of the left and right halves and the spacing between the switches in Vany, making the key gaps more uniform. Additionally, gap lighting has been added at the keycap tilt junction to create a more harmonious natural gap.
