QK100 GB INFO: Extra tri-mode hotswap PCBs do not come with batteries. If you would like to receive a battery with your QK100, please select a tri-mode hotswap PCB when building your QK100 on the main group buy page.
PCB
We redesigned the PCBs for the QK100 to more clearly distinguish between the "thocky" and "clacky" sound profiles, rather than something in between. To achieve this, we upgraded the PCB's flex cuts to per-key flex cuts, similar to the PCB of Mr. Suit, while retaining the non-flex cut version from the QK80. This design also applies to the plates.
Furthermore, we used a new material on the case foam and upgraded the plate foam. These changes will create a denser and more centered sound profile.
Please note that wired/solder PCBs do not support screen.

- Purchasing this product means that you agree to our Acceptable Quality Standard
- QwertyKeys/Prototypist will not be responsible for all the damages and impacts to the acoustic/typing performance if users change the structure of the keyboard;
- All the internal (surfaces cannot be seen after built) CNC marks and imperfections are within the acceptable range.
- On all other surfaces and edges, blemishes under 2.01mm is approved.
- All parts with cosmetics imperfections, other than the case itself, will not be replaced unless usage functionality is impacted.
- Our warranty covers the PCB for one year of use or if dead on arrival. Broken parts due to human error, such as Hotswap sockets that are pushed out of the PCB solder pads, are not covered.
- When malfunctions happen, especially stripped screws, please follow our FAQ's for support
- In addition, free gifts such as stabilizer kits, cloth wrap, screwdriver, cable, etc. do not possess any value. In case of absence, we will not ship out make up or issue partial refund.
- We highly recommend recording the whole unboxing process to back up in case of dispute.
